Weaponizing the Knowledge Gained from Studying Psychedelics

Artificial microwave voice-to-skull transmission was successfully demonstrated by researcher Dr. Joseph Sharp in 1973, announced at a seminar at the University of Utah in 1974, and in the journal American Psychologist in the March 1975 issue, the article was titled Microwaves and Behavior by Dr. Don Justesen (1975). (116)

The Soviets also discovered during their own psychic research, how the electrical stimulation of the human brain at specific frequencies could cause the secretion of hormones in the brain such as Serotonin. A 10 hz signal was discovered to boost the production and turnover rate of Serotonin, which by the way, is what happens with the drug Prozac. It was found that neurotransmitters that boost intelligence, cognition and memory power are produced at other frequencies and consequently, certain frequencies can induce anger, sadness, even hate or suicidal thoughts.     Though it was not raised by these authors, the question of inducing other states of mind by electromagnetic manipulation is a fascinating one. Could researchers, for example, trigger DMT or other endogenous hallucinogens in the same manner, and could that technology be placed on board a flying saucer?

When technologies that are being tested by the Pentagon eventually pan out they end up getting classified and the public never hears about them again for a long, long time. In an article titled The Pentagon’s Quest for Non-lethal Arms is Amazing. But is it Smart?, featured in US News and World Report, by Douglas Pasternack: “From 1980 to 1983, a man named Eldon Byrd ran the Marine Corps Nonlethal Electromagnetic Weapons project. He conducted most of his research at the Armed Forces Radiobiology Research Institute in Bethesda, Md. ‘We were looking at electrical activity in the brain and how to influence it,’ he says. Byrd claims, ‘We could put animals into a stupor … We got chick brains - in vitro - to dump 80 percent of the natural opioids in their brain.’ Byrd says he was told his work would be unclassified, ‘unless it works.’ Because it worked, he suspects that the program ‘went black.’ Other scientists tell similar tales of research on electromagnetic radiation turning top secret once successful results were achieved. There are clues that such work is continuing.” (118)

José Manuel Rodríguez Delgado (August 8, 1915 – September 15, 2011), mentioned earlier, was a Spanish professor of physiology at Yale University, famed for his research on mind control through electrical stimulation of the brain. Most of his work was with the stimoceiver, a radio which joined a stimulator of brain waves with a receiver which monitored E.E.G. waves and sent them back on separate radio channels. Delgado published a book titled Physical Control of the Mind: Toward a Psychocivilised Society in 1969, and is one of the two doctors, along with Ewing Cameron who was sued in the 2002 lawsuit for MK-Ultra secret experiments.

In one final case, borrowed from Gorightly’s A is for Adamski, mention is made of Ida Kannenberg (1914-2010). In 1940, while traveling through the California desert, she had an encounter, was taken aboard a craft and a blood sample was requested from her for use in dealing with an alleged health crisis back on their home planet. Ida later figured out that she had been implanted with a communication device that she claims was “activated in 1968 when time travelers from Atlantis started filling her head with a vast array of mind-blowing data.” Nannenberg also had encounters with Bigfoot and wrote a book about a potential Bigfoot ET connection. (119)

Dr. Ross Colin, M.D., writes in his book, the Osiris Complex: Case Studies in Multiple Personality Disorders (1994): “There was always doubt about the reality of the stories Margaret told. For instance, one of her alters had a clear memory of aliens coming into her apartment, impregnating her, coming back some months later to remove the fetus, then returning years later to show her the half-human, half-alien child they were raising among the stars. This alter was mortified when I raised the possibility that the aliens were possibly not literally real: she cried profusely, and said I had ruined the therapy and her chances of recovery forever by doubting her.” … “If the abductions are real, it would appear that the human race is being used as breeders, with amnesia for the human participation implanted hypnotically by the aliens. Other alters of Margaret’s told me they had been ritually abused in Satanic cults and that these cults used women as breeders of babies for sacrifice. According to the current folklore in the dissociative disorders field, these cults practice mind control and the creation of amnesia much like the aliens do. Margaret taught me that there is a connection of some kind between UFO abductions and the use of women as breeders for Satanic cults. What is the connection, I don’t know.” (120)
